From the center of Dalvik, head south on Aðalgata street towards the harbor. Continue walking until you reach the end of the street where it meets the waterfront. Once you are at the harbor, turn left to follow the shoreline heading east. As you walk along the waterfront, keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Eyjafjörður. It will take about 20 minutes of walking along the scenic coastline to reach a viewpoint of the fjord.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Dalvik. Start your journey from the rental location, heading towards Aðalgata street. Follow it down to the harbor, and then take the path along the waterfront heading east.
