Ferry
To visit Hákarla Jörundur, start in Dalvik and make your way to the Dalvik harbor. From the center of Dalvik, head towards the coast and follow the signs for the ferry terminal. Once you reach the terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Hrisey. The ferry ride takes about 20 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding fjords. After arriving at Hrisey, disembark the ferry.

Once you have arrived at Hrisey, exit the ferry and go straight ahead. Walk towards the main road on the island. Continue walking along the road, and you'll see signs directing you to Hákarla Jörundur. The statue is located a short distance from the ferry landing, about a 15-minute walk. Follow the road as it winds through the scenic landscape, and keep an eye out for the statue on your left.
