If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Grundarfjörður. Head north on Route 54 towards Ólafsvík. After approximately 1.5 km, turn left onto Hrannarstígur. Continue on Hrannarstígur for about 300 meters, and you will see the Thunderstorm sculpture on your right. There's parking available nearby.

Currently, public transportation options in Grundarfjörður are limited; however, you may check local bus schedules. If available, take a bus that stops near the center of town, then walk towards Hrannarstígur. From the bus stop, it is about a 10-minute walk (approximately 800 meters) to the sculpture. Follow the signs towards Hrannarstígur, and you will find the Thunderstorm sculpture along the road.

If you are already in the Grundarfjörður area and prefer to walk, you can easily reach the Thunderstorm sculpture on foot. From the town center, head towards the waterfront and follow the path along the coast. As you reach Hrannarstígur, continue walking for about 300 meters until you see the sculpture on your left.
