Start at the Hafnarfjörður town center, near the Hafnarfjörður Heritage Museum. Head east on Strandgata street towards the water. Continue along Strandgata until you reach the intersection with Suðurgata. Turn left onto Suðurgata. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Ásvellir street. Keep walking straight for about 300 meters, and you will find Ásvallalaug on your right at Ásvellir 2.

From the Hafnarfjörður Bus Station, take bus number 1 towards Reykjavík. Get off at the 'Ásvellir' stop. After you exit the bus, walk back a short distance towards the roundabout and turn left onto Ásvellir street. Walk for about 100 meters, and you will see Ásvallalaug on your left at Ásvellir 2.

If you have a bicycle, start at the Hafnarfjörður town center. Cycle east along Strandgata street towards the water. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Suðurgata.
