Public Bus

From the center of Hafnarfjörður, locate the nearest bus stop. You can take bus number 1 or 2 towards Reykjavík. Make sure to check the bus schedules as they can vary. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Hafnarfjörður - Víðistaðakirkja'. From there, you will need to walk approximately 10 minutes down Víðistaðavegur towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach a fork, then take a left onto the road leading to Aurora Basecamp, which is located at 417, 221 Hafnarfjörður.

If you are close to the Hafnarfjörður town center, you can walk to Aurora Basecamp. Head west on the main street, Strandgata, towards the harbor. At the harbor, take a right onto Víðistaðavegur. Continue walking along this road for about 30-40 minutes. You will pass local shops and cafes. Once you reach the fork in the road, take a left onto the road leading to Aurora Basecamp, located at 417, 221 Hafnarfjörður.
