Walking
From the center of Olafsvik, head south on Þjóðvegur 54 (the main road). Continue walking for about 4 kilometers until you reach the Dritvik Djúpalónssandur sign. The path is well marked. Once you see the sign, follow the path leading towards the beach. The trail will take you through beautiful landscapes, leading you directly to the beach area.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Olafsvik and ride south on Þjóðvegur 54. The ride is approximately 4 kilometers. Look out for the Dritvik Djúpalónssandur sign on your left. There are designated paths that will lead you directly to the beach. Make sure to enjoy the scenic views along the way!
Public Transport
Currently, there are no direct public transport services to Dritvik Djúpalónssandur. However, you can take a local taxi from the center of Olafsvik.
