    From the center of Selfoss, head east on Þjóðvegur 1 (the main road). Walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the first traffic lights. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Aðalvegur (Road 35) and continue walking straight for another 1.5 kilometers. You will cross the bridge over the river. After crossing, keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Reykjavík. Continue for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see a bus stop on your left; this indicates you are close to your destination. The Árbæjarlaug swimming pool will be directly on your right at Fylkisvegur 9.
