Walking
From the center of Vik, start at the Vik i Myrdal Church, located on a hill. Head south on the main road (Road 1) toward the coast. Continue walking along the road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Road 215. At this intersection, take a right onto Road 215 and continue walking for about 500 meters. Look for signs indicating Hálsanefshellir Cave. The cave is located near the cliffs along the coast, so you may need to follow a small path down toward the beach to reach the entrance.
