If you are starting from downtown Boise, head east on W Main St towards S 9th St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Boise River. Once you reach the river, turn left onto the Boise River Greenbelt trail, which will lead you directly to the Boise River Walk. Enjoy the scenic views along the way, as you pass parks and recreational areas.

For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike shops in downtown Boise. Start at the intersection of Idaho St and 8th St, head east until you reach the Boise River Greenbelt trail. Follow the trail along the river for approximately 1 mile until you reach the Boise River Walk.

You can take the ValleyRide bus. From downtown Boise, catch the Route 1 bus (Downtown to the Boise River) from the Boise Transit Center. Ride the bus for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the nearest stop to the Boise River Walk. Disembark at the stop and walk a short distance towards the river, where you will find the Boise River Walk.
