Starting from Coeur d'Alene, take I-90 E towards Spokane. Merge onto US-95 S towards Moscow. Continue on US-95 S for approximately 140 miles until you reach the junction with ID-51. Turn right onto ID-51 S, and follow it for about 30 miles. You will then see signs for Bruneau Dunes State Park. Turn left onto Bruneau Sand Dunes Rd. The park entrance will be on your right at 27608 Bruneau Sand Dunes Rd, Bruneau, ID 83604.
