If you are traveling by car from the center of Panhandle, head south on US-95 S. Continue for about 30 miles until you reach the junction with ID-77 N. Take the ID-77 N exit towards Burley. Continue on ID-77 N for about 20 miles until you reach ID-24. Turn right onto ID-24 E and follow it for approximately 15 miles. You will then turn left onto S Elba Almo Rd. After about 5 miles, you will find Durfee Hot Springs at 2798 S Elba Almo Rd, Almo, ID 83312.
