If you are traveling by car from the center of Panhandle, head south on US-95 S. Continue for about 30 miles until you reach the junction with ID-77 N. Take the ID-77 N exit towards Burley. Continue on ID-77 N for about 20 miles until you reach ID-24. Turn right onto ID-24 E and follow it for approximately 15 miles. You will then turn left onto S Elba Almo Rd. After about 5 miles, you will find Durfee Hot Springs at 2798 S Elba Almo Rd, Almo, ID 83312.

For public transportation, you can take a bus from the nearest major city, which is Boise. From Boise, board a bus to Burley via Greyhound or another regional service. Once in Burley, you may need to arrange for a taxi or a rideshare service to travel approximately 40 miles to Durfee Hot Springs. It is advisable to call ahead to book your taxi or rideshare, as public transport options may be limited. Additionally, check the schedules for the bus service, as they may not run frequently.
