Car
From Panhandle, head east on I-90 E. Continue on I-90 E for approximately 40 miles. Take exit 61 toward Wallace. Merge onto NF-456 and follow the signs for Pulaski Tunnel Trail. The trailhead is located along NF-456 in Wallace, ID 83873. Parking is available at the trailhead; no fees are required.
Public Transportation
Take a local bus service (check for availability and schedule in advance) from Panhandle to Wallace. Once you arrive in Wallace, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach NF-456. The trailhead is a short drive from downtown Wallace. Ensure to confirm transportation options ahead of time, as public transit may have limited service.
Biking
If you are comfortable biking, consider renting a bike in Panhandle. Head east on I-90, then take NF-456. It’s about a 10-mile ride from Panhandle to the trailhead. Be cautious of traffic and ensure you have a bike helmet and necessary biking gear.
