Car
If you are traveling by car, start from any location in the Panhandle region and head south on ID-75. Follow ID-75 for approximately 2 hours. You will pass through the town of Ketchum and then continue on ID-75 until you reach Stanley. Once in Stanley, look for signs directing you to Sawtooth National Forest, which is located just off ID-75. The entrance to the forest is accessible directly from the highway. Be aware that there may be a parking fee at certain trailheads within the forest.
