If you're driving from anywhere in Payette Lake, head to the main road, which is North Davis Avenue. Follow North Davis Avenue until you reach the intersection with Highway 55. Turn left onto Highway 55 South. Continue driving for approximately 1.5 miles. You will see signs for Ponderosa State Park. Turn right into the park entrance, which is located at 1920 Davis Ave, McCall, ID 83638. There is a parking fee of $5 for a day pass.
