Getting There

Car
From Sawtooth National Recreation Area Visitor Center in Stanley, head southwest on ID-75 S for about 12 miles. Turn right onto ID-21 S and continue for approximately 23 miles. Once you reach Lowman, turn left onto Forest Road 619. Follow Forest Road 619 for about 5 miles until you reach the Iron Creek Trailhead. Be cautious of road conditions, as some sections may be rough. There is no fee for parking at the trailhead.

If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus from Boise to Stanley (check the schedules with local transit services).
