    Car

    If you are traveling by car, start by entering your current location into your GPS. Set it to Lincoln Park Zoo, Chicago, IL 60614. If you are coming from the north or south on I-94, take the West Fullerton Avenue exit. Follow Fullerton Avenue east until you reach the zoo. Parking is available on-site, but please note that there may be a parking fee, typically around $20. If you are coming from the west, take I-290 East to I-90 East, then merge onto I-94 North. Exit at Fullerton Avenue and proceed as described above.

    Public Transportation - CTA

    To reach Lincoln Park Zoo using public transportation, find the nearest Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) train station. If you are near the Red Line, take it to the Fullerton station. From there, transfer to the #8 Halsted bus or walk approximately 10 minutes east along Fullerton Avenue until you arrive at the zoo. Make sure to have a Ventra card for fare payments; a single ride costs $2.50. The zoo is also accessible via the #22 Clark bus, which you can catch from various points around the city.

    Public Transportation - Metra

    If you are coming from a suburb using Metra, take the Union Pacific North Line to the Ravenswood station. From Ravenswood, you can either take a rideshare service or a bus. The #78 bus on Damen Avenue can take you towards the zoo. Again, ensure you have a Ventra card for the bus fare. The fare will be around $2.50.
