Getting There

  • Public Transit

    From Berwyn, walk to the Berwyn Metra Station located at 6820 16th St, Berwyn, IL. Once there, board the Metra train on the BNSF Line towards Union Station in Chicago. After approximately 25 minutes, disembark at the Union Station stop. From Union Station, transfer to the 'L' train by taking the Pink Line towards 18th. Get off at the Damen stop after 3 stops. From there, walk north on Damen Ave for about 10 minutes until you reach Old Town.

    Starting from any location in Berwyn, make your way to the nearest bus stop that services the Pace bus routes. Take the Pace Bus Route 303 towards the Midway Airport. Ride for about 20 minutes, and get off at the Pulaski & 16th stop. From there, transfer to the CTA Pink Line train towards 18th and ride for about 15 minutes until you reach the Damen stop. Exit the station and walk north on Damen Ave for approximately 10 minutes to arrive in Old Town.

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a nearby bike-sharing station or bring your own. Start from anywhere in Berwyn and head east toward Cicero Ave. Follow Cicero Ave north until you reach the intersection with Armitage Ave. Turn left (west) on Armitage Ave and continue cycling until you reach the intersection with Damen Ave. Turn right (north) on Damen Ave and cycle for about 10 minutes until you arrive in Old Town.
