Public Transit
From Schaumburg, head to the nearest Metra train station, which is the Schaumburg Metra Station located at 601 W Golf Rd. Board the train heading towards Chicago Union Station. You will need to transfer to the Brown Line at the Clark/Lake station. Take the Brown Line towards Kimball, and get off at the Sedgwick station. From there, it's a short walk to Old Town. Exit the station and head east on Sedgwick St, then turn right on North Avenue and continue until you reach Old Town.

Start at the Woodfield Mall bus stop, located at 5 Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg. Take the Pace Bus Route 606 towards the Rosemont station. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Rosemont station and transfer to the Blue Line train towards O'Hare. Ride until you reach the Division station. From there, exit the station and walk east on Division St until you arrive at Old Town.

Continue walking east along E Golf Rd until you reach I-90. There’s a pedestrian bridge over the highway. Once across, continue south on North Avenue, and you will eventually reach Old Town.
