From anywhere in Berwyn, head to the nearest Pace or CTA bus stop. You can take the Pace bus #301 or #331 towards the Forest Park Blue Line station. Once you arrive at the Forest Park station, transfer to the CTA Blue Line train towards O'Hare. Travel for about 15 stops until you reach the 'UIC-Halsted' station. At this station, transfer to the Pink Line train towards 18th. Travel for 3 stops and get off at 'California' station. From there, you can walk approximately 25 minutes north towards Lincoln Park to reach the Bridge over South Pond. Alternatively, you can take a bus from California station.
