Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, start by getting onto I-55 N/I-70 W from your location. Continue on I-55 N/I-70 W for about 15 miles. Take exit 40B for IL-157 N toward Collinsville. Merge onto IL-157 N and continue for about 3 miles. Turn left onto Ramey St, and you will find the Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site at 30 Ramey St, Collinsville, IL 62234. There is parking available on-site, which is free.

  • Public Transportation

    If you are using public transportation, you can take the MetroLink light rail service to the Fairview Heights station. From there, transfer to a local bus (Bus Route 10) towards Collinsville.
