    If you are starting from downtown Champaign, head north on Neil Street. Continue walking for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Springfield Avenue. Turn left onto Springfield Avenue and walk for another 0.5 miles. You will then arrive at Grandview Drive. Turn right onto Grandview Drive, and Hessel Park will be on your left at 1400 Grandview Dr.

    From downtown Champaign, you can take the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District (MTD) bus. Board the #5 (Green) bus at the nearest stop on Neil Street.
