If you are near the Magnificent Mile, walk to the Chicago station and take the Red Line train towards Howard. Transfer at the Fullerton station to the Brown Line towards Kimball. Get off at the Armitage station and follow the same directions from there to Oz Park.

From the Lincoln Park area, you can take the #8 Halsted bus. Get off at the North Avenue & Halsted stop. Walk east on North Avenue for about 5 minutes, then turn right on North Burling Street. Oz Park will be on your left at 2021 N Burling St.
