If you're driving to the Chicago Maritime Museum located at 1200 W 35th St, Chicago, IL 60609, start by getting onto the I-90/I-94 (Kennedy Expressway) from your location in Chicagoland. Head south on the I-90/I-94 and take the exit for I-55 S towards St. Louis. Continue on I-55 S and take the exit for 35th St. Merge onto W 35th St and continue straight until you reach the museum. There is limited street parking available, so be sure to check for any parking signs and regulations to avoid fines.

To reach the Chicago Maritime Museum via public transportation, you can take the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Red Line. Board a train heading towards 95th/Dan Ryan and disembark at the 35th-Bronzeville-IIT station. From there, exit the station and walk west on 35th St for about 10 minutes until you reach the museum at 1200 W 35th St. Make sure to check the CTA website for any service alerts or changes in schedule.
