From downtown Lansing, head south on Front Street, which becomes Columbus Road. The Driftless Area Education and Visitors Center will be on your right, approximately 1 mile from downtown. The walk is relatively flat and offers scenic views of the Mississippi River. No costs involved.

From downtown Lansing, follow Main Street/Great River Road south. Turn left onto Columbus Road. The Driftless Area Education and Visitors Center is located at 1944 Columbus Rd, about a mile south of downtown. Parking is available at the center. No tolls are on this immediate route. Parking is free.
