If you are starting from Elgin's downtown area, head east on Highland Avenue until you reach the intersection with Oakwood Boulevard. Turn right (south) onto Oakwood Boulevard. Continue walking for about half a mile, and you will see Lords Park on your left at 100 Oakwood Blvd. You will notice the park entrance marked with signs.

To reach Lords Park using public transportation, find the nearest bus stop for the Pace Bus system. Take Route 801 towards Elgin Transfer Station. Once you arrive at the Elgin Transfer Station, transfer to Route 550 and head towards the 'Oakwood Blvd & Concord Ave' stop. From there, walk south on Oakwood Boulevard for about 0.2 miles until you reach the park entrance at 100 Oakwood Blvd.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local shop in downtown Elgin. Head east on Highland Avenue and then turn right onto Oakwood Boulevard. The ride is about a mile and will take you directly to Lords Park. There are bike racks available at the park for you to secure your bike.
