Take the exit onto E Ogden Ave/US-34 E toward Naperville. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto S Eagle St. The Naperville Riverwalk will be on your left at 400 S Eagle St, Naperville, IL 60540. There is free parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees or time restrictions.

To reach the Naperville Riverwalk via public transportation, head to the nearest Metra station in Fox Valley. Purchase a ticket for the BNSF Railway line to Naperville Station. The ride takes about 30-40 minutes.
