Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from downtown Naperville, head southeast on Washington Street toward Jefferson Avenue. Turn right onto Jefferson Avenue and continue until you reach 75th Street. Cross 75th Street at the intersection and continue walking east. After crossing, take a left onto Raymond Drive. Follow Raymond Drive for about half a mile. McDowell Grove Forest Preserve will be on your left at the address 4S500 Raymond Dr. You should see signs indicating the entrance to the preserve.

• Biking

  For a bike ride from downtown Naperville, begin on the Riverwalk and head east until you reach Aurora Avenue. Turn left onto Aurora Avenue and bike until you reach 75th Street. Turn right onto 75th Street and bike east until you hit Raymond Drive. Turn left onto Raymond Drive and continue biking for about half a mile. The entrance to McDowell Grove Forest Preserve will be on your left at 4S500 Raymond Dr.

• Public Transit (Bus)

  To get to McDowell Grove Forest Preserve via public transit, take the Pace Bus Route 672 from downtown Naperville. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop on Washington Street. Inform the driver you are going to the stop near Raymond Drive. After getting off the bus, walk south on Raymond Drive for about a quarter-mile, and the entrance to McDowell Grove Forest Preserve will be on your right at 4S500 Raymond Dr.
