From the center of Prairie State, head southeast on Main St toward Bourbonnais. Merge onto IL-50 S, following signs for Kankakee. Continue on IL-50 S for about 10 miles. Take the exit toward Bourbonnais and merge onto E 6000 N Rd. Continue straight, and then turn left onto Perry St. Exploration Station will be on your right at 1095 Perry St, Bourbonnais, IL 60914. Parking is available on-site, and there is no cost for parking.

If you're using public transportation, start at the Prairie State Transit Center. Take the Kankakee Public Transit bus (Route 1) toward Bourbonnais. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Perry St. Walk south on Perry St for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Exploration Station located at 1095 Perry St, Bourbonnais, IL 60914. Please check the Kankakee Public Transit schedule for any fares, which typically cost around $1.50 per ride.
