If you're driving from downtown Prairie State, take I-74 East. Continue on I-74 for about 10 miles. Take exit 177 for IL-47 toward Mahomet. Follow IL-47 North for approximately 5 miles until you reach Main St in Mahomet. Turn left on Main St, and then take a right onto S Lake of the Woods Rd. The Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve will be on your left at 109 S Lake of the Woods Rd, Mahomet, IL 61853. Parking is available on site.
