Walking
From the Agra Fort Railway Station, exit the station and head south on Fort Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Fatehabad Road. Turn left onto Fatehabad Road, and proceed for approximately 1 kilometer. You will come to the intersection with Kamla Nagar Road. Turn right onto Kamla Nagar Road and walk for about 500 meters. You will see signs for Balkeshwar Mahadev Mandir. Continue straight for another 200 meters, and the temple will be on your left at 62CJ+567, Balkeshwar Ghat Wasan.
Auto-Rickshaw
If you are near the Taj Mahal, you can take an auto-rickshaw to Balkeshwar Mahadev Mandir. Tell the driver to take you to Balkeshwar Ghat Wasan in Kamla Nagar. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the temple is located at 62CJ+567, which is just a short walk from where the auto-rickshaw drops you off.
Cycle-Rickshaw
From the Sadar Bazaar area, you can hire a cycle-rickshaw. Inform the rickshaw puller to take you to Balkeshwar Mahadev Mandir near Kamla Nagar. The journey will take around 20-25 minutes. The cycle-rickshaw will drop you off close to the temple entrance at 62CJ+567, Balkeshwar Ghat Wasan.
Public Bus
You can catch a public bus from the Agra City Bus Stand. Look for buses heading towards Kamla Nagar. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Balkeshwar Ghat. After getting off, walk approximately 300 meters down the road, and you will find Balkeshwar Mahadev Mandir on your left at 62CJ+567.
