If you are staying near the Taj Mahal area and prefer to walk, exit the Taj Mahal complex, head towards the main road (Fatehabad Road), and turn left. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Look for the ITC Mughal hotel on your right. The shopping arcade is located inside the hotel, and the shop will be on the ground floor.

Another local option is to take a cycle rickshaw. You can find them near tourist spots like the Taj Mahal or Agra Fort. Just tell the rickshaw puller 'Hotel ITC Mughal' or show them the address. The fare should be around 50-100 INR, and the ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
