Walking
If you're near the Taj Mahal, start by heading east towards the main road (Shah Jahan Road). Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Fatehabad Road. Turn left on Fatehabad Road and continue for approximately 500 meters. You will see the entrance to Mehtab Bagh on your right after crossing the road towards the river. The park is located directly across the Yamuna River from the Taj Mahal, making it a beautiful spot for views of the monument.
Auto Rickshaw
Find an auto rickshaw from your location; most tourist spots in Agra have availability. Tell the driver you want to go to Mehtab Bagh (you can point to the address 1, MEHTAB BAGH, Nagla Devjit, Agra). The driver will take you along Fatehabad Road. The ride should take around 15 minutes depending on traffic. Be sure to confirm the fare before starting your trip. The entrance to Mehtab Bagh will be on your right after you pass the junction with the main road.
Cycle Rickshaw
You can hire a cycle rickshaw from nearby markets or tourist areas. Inform the rickshaw puller that you would like to go to Mehtab Bagh. The cycle rickshaw will navigate through the narrow streets and take you towards Fatehabad Road, where you will turn right. The ride will take about 20-25 minutes, and it's a pleasant way to experience the local scenery. The rickshaw will drop you off at the entrance of the park on your right.
Local Bus
If you're near a bus stop, check for any local buses heading towards Fatehabad Road. Once on the bus, ask the conductor to let you know when to get off for Mehtab Bagh. You might need to get off at the Fatehabad Road stop and then walk about 500 meters towards the park entrance, which will be on your right. This option is economical but may take longer due to bus schedules.
