This intricate art, known as Pietra Dura in Italian, involves the precise hand-setting of precious and semi-precious stones into marble, a technique brought to India by Italian artisans for the construction of the Taj Mahal.Subhash Emporium offers a wide array of handcrafted items, including trays, tabletops, candle holders, and lamp bases. The emporium also houses a private gallery showcasing stunning artwork by local artisans, including masterpieces designed by Shri U. C. Bansal.
