If you are starting from Bhopal Railway Station, exit the station and head north on Station Road. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Hamidia Road. Here, take a right onto Hamidia Road and continue walking for approximately 500 meters. You will come to a large roundabout; take the second exit onto Sultania Road. Continue on Sultania Road for about 1 kilometer until you see the sign for Neelam Park on your left. The park is located just off the road near Lower Lake.

From the Bhopal Bus Station, board a bus that is heading towards Jahangirabad. You can ask for a bus that stops near Lower Lake or Neelam Park specifically.
