The nearest metro stations are Delhi Gate and ITO on the Violet Line. From the metro station, you can walk or take a short auto-rickshaw ride to the stadium. Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses also operate in the area, with nearby bus stops including Ambedkar Stadium, Delhi Gate, and Darya Ganj. A bus ride from New Delhi Railway Station to the stadium costs approximately ₹9-₹20.

A taxi ride from New Delhi Railway Station to the stadium typically costs between ₹65 and ₹80 and takes about 4 minutes. Keep in mind that during match days, traffic restrictions may be in place.
Walking
If you are nearby, such as near Raj Ghat, you can easily walk to the stadium. Head east on Raj Ghat Road, then turn right onto Jawaharlal Nehru Marg. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will see the stadium on your left. This is a pleasant walk with some greenery around.
