Getting There

  • Metro

    If you're starting from Connaught Place, head to Rajiv Chowk Metro Station and take the Yellow Line towards HUDA City Centre. Change trains at the Central Secretariat station to the Violet Line towards Kashmere Gate. Get off at Lajpat Nagar station. From the station, exit towards the main road and take a left onto Lajpat Nagar Main Road. Walk straight for about 800 meters until you reach Gurudwara Road. Turn right on Gurudwara Road, and you will find Shah Ji Gurudwara at number 3, just a short walk ahead.

    From any central location in Delhi, such as Connaught Place, you can hire an auto-rickshaw to Shah Ji Gurudwara. Simply tell the driver 'Gurudwara in Lajpat Nagar, Gurudwara Road'. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at number 3, Gurudwara Road, near the entrance of the Gurudwara.
