What a wonderful experience! This was my first time in India and I had been savoring so many dishes that I haven't found in the US so when I found this class I was really excited. What made it even more satisfying was that Sunan, my instructor, gave me tips to make her home cooking methods that are very doable for anyone but also quite healthy with less cream and butter. Far exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to try these recipes at home! Highly recommend

Excellent & fun local cooking class

This cooking class was excellent - really well run and fun. Made 5 different dishes - savoury lassi (choose savoury over sweet, so tasty!), three curries, dahl and roti. Vegetarian friendly, bright and fun cooking space (and for anyone concerned about potential delhi belly, it is a perfectly hygienic professional kitchen). I added the market tour which was exactly what I was looking for to buy spices at a market with local guidance. And its a young female run business. Just made my second curry from the list of recipes shared. Thanks again Tastesutra Team.
