Authentic Indian Experience!

We were really looking forward to this cooking class and we certainly weren't dissapointed! Neha was incredibly welcoming. Neither of us had much experience cooking Indian food before and Neha was very encouraging and made us feel comfortable trying new techniques! It was fascinating learning about how to make the different dishes. We made some delicious butter paneer and chickpea chana masala curries, plus a spicy potato dish and some incredibly delicious breads! The food tasted delicious and we very much enjoyed cooking it. Nena was a consummate professional and a very enjoyable person. She graciously opened her home to the four of us and was interested in who we were. Her class was organized and informative with hands-on steps along the way. She had a gorgeous dining room where we ate the fruits of our labor then walked us through the somewhat chaotic market energy though it was late and almost about to close. It was a very enjoyable experience and we would highly recommend it to those looking for a unique and authentic Delhi experience.
