Bus
From Panaji, head to the KTC bus stand and take a bus towards Mapusa. Once you reach Mapusa, switch to a bus heading to Bicholim. After arriving at Bicholim, look for a bus to Sanquelim. Inform the driver or conductor that you want to get off at Arvalem. The bus will drop you near the entrance of Arvalem Caves. Be prepared to walk a short distance to the caves from the bus stop.
Auto Rickshaw
If you are in Mapusa, you can hire an auto rickshaw directly to Arvalem Caves. It’s a straightforward ride of about 30 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, and enjoy the scenic ride through the countryside. The rickshaw will drop you off at the entrance of the caves.
Taxi
From any location in Goa, you can hire a taxi to take you to Arvalem Caves. Provide the driver with the address: H23F+267, Rudreshwar Colony, Harvale, Goa 403505. If you are starting from Panaji, it will take approximately 45 minutes to reach the caves. Agree on a fare before the journey starts, and the taxi will drop you directly at the entrance.
Walking
If you are staying in the nearby village of Harvale, you can walk to the Arvalem Caves. From Harvale, head towards the main road and continue straight until you see signposts directing you to the caves. The walk is about 1-2 kilometers and takes roughly 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace. Enjoy the local scenery along the way!
