Bus
From Panaji (the state capital), head to the Panaji Bus Stand. Take a local bus to Mapusa, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once in Mapusa, look for a bus heading towards Aldona. The bus ride to Aldona takes around 20 minutes. After reaching Aldona, you can ask locals for directions to Corjuem Fort, which is about 2.5 km away. You may need to hire a local taxi or auto-rickshaw for the last leg, as public transport may not directly reach the fort.
Auto-Rickshaw
If you are already in Aldona, you can hire an auto-rickshaw from any point in the village. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Corjuem Fort. The ride is short, approximately 10 minutes, and will take you directly to the fort entrance.
Walking
For adventurous travelers, if you're in Aldona, you can walk to Corjuem Fort. Start from the main road in Aldona and head towards Khorujuven. Follow the signs or ask locals for guidance. It is roughly a 30-minute walk, covering about 2.5 km through scenic paths.
