If you are in Panaji, head to the Panaji Bus Stand and look for a bus heading towards Quepem. The journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Quepem Bus Stand, exit the bus and walk towards the main road. You will see a sign directing you to Palácio do Deão. It’s approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stand. Head straight, and you will eventually reach the Church. Palácio do Deão is directly opposite the Holy Cross Church.

From Margao Station, take a local train towards Vasco da Gama. Get off at the Quepem Station. Once you exit the station, you can either take a local auto-rickshaw or walk. If walking, head towards the main road and follow it for about 20 minutes. Look for signs directing you to Palácio do Deão, which will be opposite the Holy Cross Church.

From Margao or any nearby location, you can hire an auto-rickshaw directly to Palácio do Deão. Just tell the driver 'Palácio do Deão, opposite Holy Cross Church in Quepem.' The ride will take around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand.
