Rickshaw
From the Margao Bus Stand, you can hire a local rickshaw (auto-rickshaw). Tell the driver you want to go to Matha gad, which is located in Vagulem, Madgaon. The approximate fare is around 200-300 INR, depending on the negotiation and traffic. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes.
Public Bus
You can take a public bus from the Margao Bus Stand to the nearest stop to Matha gad. Look for buses heading towards Shelvan or Vagulem. The fare is usually around 10-20 INR. Once you get off at the Vagulem bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer towards Matha gad. Follow the road signs or ask locals for directions; it should take about 15 minutes to walk.
