Getting There

• Bus

  From the city center (Paltan Bazar), head to the nearest bus stop. Look for buses heading towards IIT Guwahati or Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport. The bus fare is minimal, around 20-30 INR. Get off at the Subansiri Bus Stop, which is the stop for IIT Guwahati. From there, Serenity-Tranquility Point is a short walk away. Head towards the IIT campus and follow the signs leading to the nature preserve.

The driver will drop you off right at the bus stop, from where you can walk to Serenity-Tranquility Point, which is nearby.

  For a more local experience, you can take a cycle rickshaw from major points in Guwahati like the Fancy Bazaar or the market area. Ask the rickshaw puller to take you to 'IIT Guwahati, Subansiri Bus Stop'. This should cost around 100-150 INR depending on the distance. Once you arrive at the bus stop, it's a short walk to Serenity-Tranquility Point.

  If you are close to IIT Guwahati or Subansiri area, you can walk to Serenity-Tranquility Point. Look for directions to the Subansiri Bus Stop. Once you reach the bus stop, follow the path leading into the IIT campus, and you'll find signs directing you to Serenity-Tranquility Point. It’s a peaceful, nature-filled area perfect for relaxation.
