If you are in the heart of Banjara Hills, start by heading towards Road No. 12. Walk towards the direction of the Apollo Hospitals, which is a well-known landmark in the area. Once you reach Apollo Hospitals, continue walking straight on Road No. 92. KBR Lake is located near Journalist B Colony, so keep walking until you see the entrance to Kasu Brahmananda Reddy National Park. The lake is situated within the park, and you can access it from the main entry point.

For a quicker option, you can hire an auto-rickshaw from anywhere in Banjara Hills. Simply tell the driver 'KBR Lake' or 'Kasu Brahmananda Reddy National Park, Journalist B Colony.' The fare from central Banjara Hills should be around ₹30-₹50, depending on traffic. The auto-rickshaw will drop you at the entrance of the park, from where you can walk to the lake.
