If you are starting from Imphal city center (near MG Avenue), head southeast on MG Avenue towards the Khoyathong road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the NH-37. Cross the road carefully and continue straight until you reach the Kangla Fort. The entrance to Kangla Fort is marked, and once inside, follow the signs to Kangla Torban, which is located towards the southeastern part of the fort area.
