If you are starting from Imphal's main market area (Ima Keithel), head south towards MG Avenue. Walk straight along MG Avenue until you reach the junction with Kangla Road. Turn left onto Kangla Road and continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will see the entrance to Kangla Fort, which is the location of AR Stone Kangla. Continue straight inside the fort area, and you will find AR Stone Kangla near the central courtyard.
