If you're in the center of Imphal, start at the iconic Kangla Fort. From there, head southeast on Kangla Road until you reach the junction with the National Highway 37. Turn left onto the National Highway and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Tarung area. Look for signs pointing towards Cheirao Ching Trail. Follow these signs, and you'll arrive at Cheirao Ching Garden, which is about 300 meters uphill from the main road.

Find an auto rickshaw from any central location in Imphal, like the Ima Keithel Market. Inform the driver that you want to go to Cheirao Ching Garden in Tarung. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes, and the fare should be around 100-150 INR. The driver will drop you off at the entrance of Cheirao Ching Trail, from where you can walk uphill for about 300 meters to reach the garden.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Imphal. Start your journey from the city center and bike down Kangla Road towards the National Highway 37. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto the highway and continue straight until you reach Tarung.
