Start at the Kangla Fort, a well-known historical site in Imphal. From the fort, head south on Kangla Road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Tiddim Road. Turn left onto Tiddim Road and continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass local shops and eateries, which are great for a quick snack. After reaching the intersection with the Imphal River, follow the riverbank to the east for about 500 meters to reach a scenic spot along the Imphal River.

If you are near the Ima Keithel market, exit the market and head north on Wangkhei Ningthou Leirak. Walk straight for about 700 meters until you reach the Imphal River. From the main market area in Imphal, take an auto rickshaw to the Khuman Lampak Sports Complex. Inform the driver to drop you near the complex's entrance. If you are at the Imphal International Airport, exit the airport and follow the main road heading towards the city center. After about 3 kilometers of walking, you will reach the intersection with Tiddim Road. Turn left and continue walking for another 1.5 kilometers until you reach the banks of the Imphal River.
