Getting There

• Walking

  Start your journey at the Itanagar Bus Station. From the bus station, head southeast on the main road towards the Itanagar city center. Continue on this road until you reach the first major intersection with a traffic signal. Here, take a left onto the NH13 road. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you see a local market on your right. This area is bustling, and you can ask locals for directions to Haang Road. Once you reach the market, continue walking along NH13 for another 200 meters until you see a sign for Haang Road on your left. Turn left onto Haang Road and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs guiding you towards Haang View Point. The path will lead you through a scenic area, and you’ll arrive at Haang View Point.

• Public Transport (Auto-rickshaw)

  From your location in Itanagar, find an auto-rickshaw. Tell the driver to take you to Haang View Point. If they are not familiar with the specific place, mention Haang Road. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The auto-rickshaw will drop you off at the entrance of Haang Road. From there, it's a short walk (about 500 meters) to the viewpoint, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Itanagar. Start your ride from the Itanagar Bus Station and follow the same route as if you were walking. Stay on the NH13 road and make sure to watch out for pedestrians, especially around the market area. After turning onto Haang Road, continue cycling for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Haang View Point. The route is mostly flat and offers a pleasant experience as you ride through the local landscape.
