If you are in the heart of Itanagar, start at the Itanagar Market. Head east on the main road, which is known as NH 52 A. Continue walking straight for about 1 km. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for the Arunachal Pradesh Secretariat building on your left. Once you reach the Secretariat, cross the road, and you will see the Secretariat wall adjacent to the building, located at the Ground Floor of LK Building.
